Another important term in tech is “techies”. As defined, techies are those individuals that use technological systems to improve on existing processes and improve customer service. In recent years, many job openings have arisen in this field due to the rise of social media. Many employers prefer individuals that can be engaged socially on a daily basis. The definition of “techy” is subjective, but it usually describes an individual that uses cutting edge technology in a creative way. This could include using social media to post blog posts, create content, and share photos.
